Soak the rice and urad lentils for 5 hr . After that grind the mixture into fine paste and keep it for atleast 4 hr for fermentation.
Now after 4 hr check for the fermentation and add a pinch of salt and mix the bater nicely.
Next preheat a non stick pan and brush some oil. Now sprinkle water and your pan is ready to spread bater.
Spread the thin layer of bater and make crapes. Now spread some drop of oil and scrape the bater so that it will become very thin layer.
Keep the flame in low medium, after some time you will see the crapes starts turing light golden brown.
Now start spreading the peanut butter nicely and then place the thin slice of banana in a array.
Next spread chocolate syrup and sprinkle choco chips.
Your crepes are ready so turn off the flame. And start folding the crapes.Now its ready to serve, sprinkle some chocolate syrup on the top if you want.
